Start 10:36am., at tarmac-marker "26 400", 6km after km-marker 490 on the main rd. from Addis Abeba to Moyale/Kenya. 12c,rain and l. wind. Finish 14:42pm., at km-marker 525 on the main rd. from Addis Abeba to Moyale/Kenya. 29 c, v. humid, half clear and same.

Another short stage building on the 'long day - short day' strategy to graduately get back to beeing able to do 50km stages (the body has been severely drained by energy, not least due to various illness & lack of proper food in rural ethiopia. Has had to stop taking malaria pills as they have a bad sideeffect to the skin).

On the Positive side: Im getting the Joy of running back more and more for each day now. Maybe because Im Nearly out of ethiopia.
Further the people here in the South reigion is allmost friendly and the nature & wildlife is a daily Treat of Grand Scale during each stage !!!
