Start 08:30am. At small bridge at main rd. to Gallabat (please see live-gps for exact loc.). 26c and m. wind. Finish 17:28pm. At 2,5km after Mugre village. 37c, l. wind and same.

Hot even from the early morning today.. !

As you can see it took a long time to make it to thefinish. Several times I had to take a 1hour cooldown as consiousness began to slipp for brief seconds in the warm afternoon sun.

Still; it is not to be exaggerated :-)
- Line who is running her first marathon in a few months ran with me 12km and pulled herself through despite heat & gusts of frying hotwind (feels like fire when it hits face or arms).
A tuff effort - and it cant have been much easier for Elkhier in the car !
