Treadmill !
- Im not a runner who spend a lot of time on treadmills; the Nature and cultures/people I meet out on 'the open roads' are too important a part of my joy of running !
But since some demonstrations was announced today I choose the safe option of using a treadmill inside the danish embassy to do the 20km session. And I had to admit: it does provide a less burning temperature when you have an aircondition instead of the very generous African sun.. :-)

Nb: The run/distance was documentedby live recording via the L.P. system.
