Start 08:25am. At rds. "Zachej" in Pistany. 9c allm. clear and l. wind.
Finish 16:53pm. At the Nitra river in Velky Cetin. 17c, half overcast and same.

Fresh legs again !
A fairly long stage w. a nice hill-climb at the beginning. An afternoon run through Nitra city wich old core dates back to the 800century b.c. - promising some difficult nav. wich went well, though :-)
Tents put up at a beautifull and calm spot near the banks of the broad green Nitra river; the sounds of fish jumping in the water during the night and a shooting star above. Not too bad a night, albeit chilly:-)

We passed the 4000km point today, but most important the legs felt as back to full strenght again after the 24hour race 1 week ago :-)

A "Thank You" to Heimo from Finland, mathmatician from Turku Univercity, who send his by now allmost traditional 1000km greeting ! Kiitos Heimo !!
