[todays guest-writer is Heimio.. We leave the word to him after an eventfull day :-]

"After start we crossed the river Kemijoki, the biggest river in Finland. We chose the older road on the eastside of the river because of better scenery and less traffic on that side instead of the main road on the other side.

I was going to be the driver of the support car as yesterday, without a possibility to run myself. Thats why I did some 7kms running before the breakfast. After that Reima came and said that he has run enough for his bad legsand I could corun today. It was an interesting possibility and I started from 5km. Due to the excellent support I could continue to the end. Some kms before the end Sarah increased the pace and then dropped me, as well as another Finnish corunner, far behind.

The weather was today very good for running.Later in the evening Jesper invited us three to play football. After the Australian team got Finnish reinforcements the Danish "team" lost its leading position."
