Start 11:30am., 22c, overcast and light wind, at green roadsign "Pictou 33km" on hwy.6. Finish 14:24, 21c, rain & same, at house number 5037 on River John Road.

Reaching insect areas has always meant some small inconveniences during these run's but I have been surprised by the amount of them here. Or atleast on the warmer days. So there is definately a huge plus' to a day as today where it suddenly began to rain - gone was the sticking, biting and itching sideeffects of running through the Canadian summer... ;-)

NB: The pictures from todays stage will be uploaded later. At the moment the wi-fi connection is very slow so I have to wait untill we reach a place with normal internet speed.
