Start 11:25am., 10c, rain & light wind, at km-marker "87" on hwy.1. Finish 14:20pm., 12c & same, at km-marker "112" on hwy.1 in St. John.

After the restday the deep tiredness is still there, even adding some knee-pain. Definately not what I had expected.

To my surprise its becoming one of the biggest obstacles of the entire run, here so relatively close to the finish and in quite easy and enjoyable terrain ! I'll have to start troubleshooting' what other causes and solutions there is to this.
