On the road again.... :-)

A very carefull 20km stage to test if the legs are ok after the 640km of 6day racing last week. Apparently they are !

But I will take 3-4 days of short distances to try to make sure that there is no injuries dragging along after the race. Since the restday yesterday has brought considerable energy (a lot of sleep and high-carb. eating ;-) the burst of energy can easily hide minor injuries from beeing detected. And if one thing - I would like to avoid getting injured with only a little bit of the world run two left :-)

NB: For reasons unknown to me the endomondo gps-tracking system refused to work after 12.8km's of running today. The time-unit kept counting (as you can see from the uploaded track) but the gps-measurement kept saying "12.8". I am clueless why it 'half-functioned'. Usually it would eighter shut off entirely when it malfunctions, or continue to work. The phone wich it runs on was left in the damp tent during the 6day race in New York, so... there is a risk that this could have affected the phone. But I hope not. Tomorrow I'll give it a detailed check !
