Start 10:40am., 11c, clear & light wind, at cross of Lystra Rd. & hwy.15. Finish 12:39, 15c & same, at cross of Swarthmore Rd. & Garett Rd in Durham.


I woke up this morning with a bit of fever, nothing much and most likely just a small flu but kept it to a carefull 20km to make sure the body recovers properly. Should be ready to put in a decent distance tomorrow !

Unfortunately I missed some local running contacts. It ceartainly would have been enjoyable with some company on the stages - last time was one day in Georgia and besides this back in Florida two months ago where the support was right out amazing though :-)

I hope as I continue North to reach areas with bigger running communities. If I remember correct back from world run 1 then that should be the case soon as I get nearer Pennsylvania and New York !
