A little bit tired again today but good company by the Swedish-American ultrarunner K-G. who our small team had the pleasure to stay at after the run.

K-G. has far over 600 marathon races to his name as well as 11 multiday-races and more than I can remember of distances in between those two distances :-) Curiously he has a background as a very competetive runner at 400meter hurdles - quite different from ultra-running one might think. But with his good humor and resilience he easily spand the gap from sprint to extreme running !
