A very short stage. Not a good effort - and, without it beeing an excuse; also a not a very good nights sleep leading up to it:

The toothpain still a factor (not a great believer in 'painkillers' and other medicin to cure sympthoms -besides that medicin has Nothing to do in sports, and certainly not in ultrarunning. Enough of an example how doping has ruined professional bicycling and related sports and made them more of a medical-circus than a sport ;-) Unfortunantely this point of view also meant that I and had to jump' any solid food the last 2days. But still ofcourse should be able to put in a bit more km's :-)
