One of the days where it was a battle getting the legs ready for the days run. I dont subscribe to using 'artificial help' like painkillers etc. - this in my view has Nothing to do with sport; so... there are days where the total of the run simple means that the body needs a few more hours in the morning before it gives the signal that is ready to move anywhere by own force ! That is ok and part of the run; and of experiensing our planet and our physical endurence limits - on our body's and the natures premises :-)
By the way an amazing change in landscape once again today: As you can see from the pictures the flat semi-desert landscape only two days ago turned into a carribean' looking hot-humid scenario... Only to once again change, today offering me a route through small mountains and streatches of barren desert which reminded me a lot of the small Sinai Desert in the Middle-East which I ran through near new-year 2008-09 during the first part of world run two.
