... A tropical reminder !

- A short stage with a fair amount of fever. Errily it reminded a lot of the various tropical diseases I 'enjoyed' during the 7months of running through East Africa: starting with barely beeing able to get out of the tent in the morning, taking two tries to roll the sleeping bag up and seal up the equiptment; the 15meter from the tent to the supportcar appearing like a few km's of walking.

Safe to say, the 20km was a bit less than enjoyable to run today. But after the delay a week ago reg. the funeral, its not the time to take days off' and 20km is better than 0km :-)
