Start 09:58am, 4c, cloudy and l.wind, at green km-marker "km 675" on hwy.5. Finish 13:26pm, 25c and same, at green km-marker "km 705" on hwy.5.

At the moment the run is going very well; the legs are fresh and the pace is slightly faster than usual. Only one thing missing: the shoes ;-) The good thing though is that Ecco has send a new packet with runningshoes and with a bit of good luck it should reach me in 2-3 weeks up here in the desert .

Untill then its a 'game' of not running too long stages (!) as I very well know what will happen to the legs as far as injuries goes without proper running shoes. And so far its been 28years of longdistance running almost without any injuries - and I do hope to keep it that way :-))
