Start 13:18pm, 21c, strong wind, half overcast. At bl. & white roadsign "2473" on hwy. 3 to Bournes Aires.

Finish 18:15pm, 14c, str. wind and allm. overcast. At bl. & white roadsign "2433" on hwy. 3 to Bournes Aires.

Wild west brothers.. ;- )

There often is a distinct wild-west ambience in the small windblown settlements down here in Patagonia. The settlement near yesterdays finishpoint was no exception, although it consisted of only 1 house.

While the locals friendly-but-toughgoing attitude underlines it, we are bit by bit beginning to fit into the style ourselves.
Visiting the roadhouse/settlement before the start for a nice cup of tea (the englishman) & a bite of chocolate (the dane):
The english entering the establishment w. a wildgrowing beard and brown dusty clothes; the runner w. hair pointing in odd directions & layers of sand in the shoes.

..Both keeping the "mysterious foreigner" silence.
