Start 08:35am., at blue km-marker "N2-5, 37,6", on the N2 to Cape Town. 26c, clear and l. wind. Finish 11:56am, at blue km-marker "N2-5, 7,6E", on the N2 to Cape Town. 37c and same.

A bit tired after yesterdays fast stage but great company and super support by Willem from the Swellendam Running club. My accomodation the next 3 days is hosted by Jaku's B&B. Much appreciated !!

By the way Swellendam is the 3. oldest town in S. A. and has a stunning setting by the foot of a steep mountain in a rolling hills farmland.
