Start 09:12am., at green exit-sign "Klipdrif" on the Old Cape Rd./102. 26c, clear and l. wind. Finish 15:03pm, at green exit-sign "Storms River Village" on the N2 to Cape Town. 36c and same.

A quite hot weather was in store for me at todays stage - but it was countered by excellent support by Adel from Jefferson Bay running club who takes care of making the run a pleasure despite the fatigue wich comes with 20 000km... :-)
