Another enjoyable stage in the good company of Ron and the Pt. Alfred runners !
Laura, who specializes in trail running kept well up the entire stage enduring the hard tarmac' and proving a tough runner - running 3 days w. me :-)
Nb: the data for the reports 8-12 Feb. has been recovered from my broken spare nokia phone. The start & finish times is not accurate for these reports. But the precise gps-data from the stages is avaliable at sportstracker and documentation pictures at the world run gallery.
