Start 09:55am. at white km-marker "Mtwara 70km" at S. end of Nampulo village, on the main rd./B7 to the border. 28c, a few cl, humid and l. wind. Finish 15:33pm. At broken km-marker stone 30km N. of Mtwara [please see exact position at live gps], 100m after local cement factory, on the main rd./B7 to the border. 36c and same.

Another 40km stage. Hot and humid w. a few steep long hills in the wide open landscape next to thebright blue Indian Ocean.
Not too bad at all :-)
