Energy returning !
- After some very tough weeks running through the volcanic desert, beeing equally exhausted (by the uneaven rockroad & heat) and embarrased (by only keeping ca. 20km/day while legs & supportcar nearly broke down).. finally running is once again the Joy and experience it is supposed to be :-)
Perhaps also due to my girlfriends visit the last 5days ! :-)
Now its time to catch up on the many lacking reports: I've been too exhausted to do other than run, sleep and eat last 10days and recover injuries and wounds fromfalls.
Tomorrow its 1 year since the start from Nordkapp, Norway, on the northern tip of the European continent. Allmost 15 000km away, and ceartainly a full set of ups' & downs; infact allready more than during the 26 000km of world run one, compleated 4 years ago.
I'll do a sum up of those main moments as well as my view of the chances of continueing after Cape Town in a One Year Report tomorrow - if I can find internet to type it in, that is ;-)
