Restday.
Injury w. sharp pain in the l. anckel at the inner side of the ancle bone. Couldnt put my weight proper on the leg at all. Suspect that its the 500k on uneaven rockroads wich shows its effect.

The timing could be worse, though: my girlfriend is arriving from SouthernSudan late in the evening, visiting for the next few days and it wouldnt harm w. a restday or two to allow time to catch up with eachother & us' :-)
