Start 08:48am., at small rockpile 50km S. of Moyale, on the main rd. to Nairobi. 20c, o.c. and l. wind. Finish 15:27pm., atsmall rockpile 90km S. of Moyale, on the main rd. to Nairobi. 38c, half o.c. and same.

Nb: very thinly populated areas and no signs usable for finishpoint location on the main mudroad. Only option is to build rockpiles at roadside to mark the next days start (LifePilot sys. doesnt function here).

Hadplans of getting decent distances back on the daily stages, but when pressing for 40km in the humid surroundings the result was dizzy running from 30km and on, and throwing up after setting up tent in the bush. Watched the stars move across the sky through yet another fever-night.
