Start 8:55am., at tourist sign "Mudurnu" on rd.655.
3c, l. rain and l. wind.
Finish 15:01pm. At "Cinar Otel" in Nallihan. 12c, overcast and med. wind.

A stage w. some brutal climbs: from 500m to 1300m alt. and down again to Nallihan. Not too much alt. for a runner but throw in 35kg in front of you and insist on "no walking" (it is a Run..) - and you have got an interesting challenge.

The achilles and knees was not overjoyedby it in combination w. light rain and 2-3c the first few hours but it all eventually went well :-)
