Czeck helpfullness !!!!
When we returned from Berlin & Prague on our way back from the 24hour race we were met by our friend Vlastimil Dworacek who was ready to take us to our startpoint. But first he and his whife insistedthat we had a warm meal and even a packet of food for the road :-)
THANK YOU !!!!!
Without Vlastimil and friendly help like that you can be as strong a runner but handling basic problems will become very difficult in a long run like this !
The 20k we could run before dark went well, but for my part I could certainly feel the race. With 211km (wich I believe would be a long stage in any multiday run.. ;-), the broken glasses and a few scratces from falls I am not feeling fresh as an eagle ;-)
But atleast fresh enough for running - tomorrow we expect 50-55km. What helps is the pure Joy of making forwarddistance again :-)
nb: today we got company by the american runner living in Prague since long, Kelly 'Rambo' Nimmer who will join us the next few days. He speaks fluent czech (!) and is in general a great guy !!
