A tough stage w. a few long uphills in pouring rain ! Not made easier by passing a roadwork w. a "wet tarmac" streatch - galvanizing the stroller w. tar on all 3 wheels; and the shoes too for that matter ! ;-)
All in all not too bad though: Nice terrain and open roads ahead; and chocolate & canned spaghetti waiting in the stroller pouch :-)

But I realize that its friendly circumstances for my part: we are a few days run from denmark now ! The run through denmark will begin w. a memorial marathon for one of my friends, Jørn from Kalundborg, on sunday the 24. w. start 10am. at Kronborg (Hamlet..) Castle and finish at Copenhagen athletic stadium. I hear that quite a few have signed up, wich is also possible via the link on this page!
The marathon is in memory of his son who was killed in a hit and run accident last christmas; Jørn is not only a good friend but also one of the most active marathon organizors in denmark and has run in excess of 100 himself :-)

For Saras behalf things areunfortunately not as easy at the moment, again struggeling w motivation; beeing a long way from home, not near Sri Chinmoy disciples, in strange contries w. strange language etc. But she is running strong !! Since 2 days ago she has insisted to push the stroller 1/2time: 40kg's and only 50kg herself !!!
