A peacefull and pleasant sunday (the heading above is the Swedish term) even with the major confrontation Sarah and I had yesterday. The difference between a meditative approach with emphasis on solitude and thourghtfull/meditative silence - and my joy of discussion, talk, chat, exchange of thourghts and mutual friendship w. old and new friends on the road - sometimes gives fuel to heated confrontations of ideals and values.

But running w. the stroller along the yellow and golden oat fields, w. the fresh smell of farmlands, rivers and newly cut grass - and a new road around every corner; who can remain angry ? The calm nature beside the old winding road (a mistake detour of 3km ;-) brourght silent sunday joy. Our troubles and quarrels aresmall in scale when running in a nature that offer such generosity at all levels; from the gentle sounds of wind in cornfields, smells of growth, glimses of rainbows after rain - to the abundant possebilities of all types of life that it offers - to the ability to have consciousness and, in our limited way, comprehend parts of the enormity of possibilities that the earth sourrounds us with every second of our life :-)
