A good stage despite the rain in the beginning!
During the run we had excellent company by several runners. One of them, Petri, invited us to stay in his appartment in Oulu. One of the great experienses of world running is the chance to meet runners across contries and cultures !

Besides the traditional sauna visit we got a chance to visit the beautifull city (more than 130 000peo.), discuss the Scandinavian likenesses and differences, the Finland "Winter War"; and I cherised the oppotunity to read more on the, in my oppinion, greatest of all distance runners: Paarvo Nurmi :-))

NB: We understand that there has been some down-time on the website - we appologize !! Via kind help from our webmaster, Kasper, and Jacob from LifePilot, it should again be online ! The daily gps live track and pic. are at all times tracked and stored at L.P.and also our main coordinator Phil Essam recieves live pic.
