Start 10:29am at official recreational site in Porsanger Kommune, 8km North of Lakselv on the E6. 14c, overcast and l wind. Alt 10m, 1018hPa. Finish 14:42pm at the roadsign "Porsanger Museum" on the E6. 17c, partly clouded, l wind. Alt 30, 1010hPa.

Lakselv !
On todays stage we yet again had a destinct change of terrain and vegetation as you can see on the live pic. Into the birch & pinetree area along the beautifull Lakselv river (directly it translates to "salmon river" - and it appears to be right: our naighbour at the campground has apparently just caught an 11kg specimen !).

At the finishpoint we met the first Finland stagerunner - who had heard of the run by internet and drove up here to join :-) Cool !! He'll run w. us on tomorrows stage to Karasjok; approx. 50km.

Sarah and I am so far taking well to the challenge, but also there is still a fair part left to run !
