Summing up the strength for the 58km stage tomorrow - the last stage before Cape Good Hope and the finish of the run across the African continent and the more than 21 000km from Norway to Cape Town.

The legs & mentality (its been a constant cultural-chock the 8000km through East Africa) is as worn out as its probably possible - but the thourght of a long rest and a few months back in denmark gives pleanty of power for tomorrows run :-)
