Today I had company by two of the runners from Swellendam - and ... Finn from denmark who I went to school with 25y. ago but havent seen since. He ran with on the first 10km and did well despite insisting that it was about 25y. since he last ran last time ;-)

Very Cool that he showed up - and a chance for me to exercise my danish language wich I last spoke around 1/2y. ago.
