Christmas running calender, day 15:

Another joy we can enjoy from the daily training is the Simplicy that running shows us.. Its one of the very few corners of modern life where simplicity rules: You have to make it through the next km - and thats all that matters :-)

- I guess that we still, despite thousands of years of evolution as human beeings, sometimes need that Simple struggle to devote ourselves to !


At the moment the "simple struggle" seems to be how I can run through South Africa; the last hurdle' before Cape Town :-)
