The fatigue seems to be setting deeper now and thenight-fever's wich seems to accompany big tiredness here in Africa has returned.
Good thing is that a tick-bite wich was inflammated last 3weeks is bettering now !
Had I been running alone I'd have taken 2 restdays though, to make Sure the body and legs gets back into a good recovery rythm - along w. taking in the beautifull view of mt. Gorongosa :-)
