... Tiredness strikes again ! After a month of good forward progress in the run I suddenly had a bill to pay' in fatigue. Luckily Reino who runs the daily stages w. me (and gets better at it for each day !) agreed that we limited the distance to around 30' instead of 40km.
And still I was dragging the legs and only just maneaging to keep running and not walking between the water & food points Louis prepared for us each 3km. Excellent service and it provided a break, also mentally, as I was Struggeling w. motivation (its a freqvent companion when physically exhausted; I guess partly because any & every part-goal moves painfully far away as the power slips and the horizon of hope and planning becomes an unrealistic cartoon in the heat-mist).
We take a short stage tomorrow and see if it helps :-)
